BONGARD manufactures, sells and installs bakery machines: mixers, dividers, moulders, proofers, ovens and chock freezers. These machines are manufactured in 4 factories in EUROPE. The main factory and head office are located in HOLTZHEIM (next to Strasbourg – France). Since 1995 Bongard has installed 350 bakeries in Russia, 70 in Ukraine, 100 in Moldova, 5 in Kazakhstan, 1 in Uzbekistan, 2 in Azerbaijan, 2 in Armenia. Our main clients are super and hypermarket chains, bread factories and small bakeries. 65 millions Euro in turnover, 50 % of turnover in sales in France, 50% of turnover in exports, 3 production sites in Europe, 100 000 Equipments (40 000 ovens) installed across the world.
