Issyk-Kulskiy Bereg is one of the leading rainbow trout farms in the Central Asian region and the recognised leader in Kyrgyzstan. Commercial rainbow trout is bred in the rearing channels in the ecologically clean Issyk-Kul Lake. Favourable temperature and oxygen content conditions in the unique Issyk-Kul Lake and precise compliance with the balanced feed standards contribute to rapid increase in weight and excellent ecological quality of saleable trout. As a result of all these efforts the unique final product is admirable in its kind. Today, the production output is about 400 tons of saleable fish per year. Our target is rainbow trout with 200-gram portion packs to be supplied to hotels, restaurants and cafes, and 1,000-gram packs for free sales. The main directions of the company activity: trout production and realization, realization of trout fry, realization of feed for salmon of “Rehuraisio” Finnish company, installation of cages.
